  1. Exterior electrical components, including the service drop, service entrance conductors.

  2. The main panel and any subpanels. I remove panel covers to inspect the wiring inside.  I look for wire/breaking sizing, cloth wire and other electrical issues.

  3. Service grounding

  4. Interior electrical outlets and switches

  5. Ground fault circuit interrupters

  6. Arc fault circuit interrupters
